In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel/reschedule your booking, the appointment cancellation / reschedule policy is as follows:

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Deposits will not be refunded for:

Late rescheduling or cancellation

No-shows.

Where there are late arrivals, then as not to inconvenience the follow on Customer the period allotted for the treatment cannot be extended (as such the full value of the treatment cannot be discounted)
